Mainframe jobs gets struck in INPUT SUBMITTED status and not getting completed

    Mainframe Jobs gets struck in INPUT SUBMITTED status and the status is not completing even though the jobs are executing at the background. This happens at regular intervals and is there any fix or possible root cause for the issue?

    Eg:

    ApplName Gen# P Node Job Qual Job Status
    JOBA0000 ? DB2A 8719 INPUT SUBMITTED ___

    Hi Sujeeth,

    The short answer is, somehow the JOBs are not tracked by ESP, therefore ESP doesn't mark the job status correctly. And there are different reasons for it.

    Please open a support case for further review and help.
