Can ESP communicate with MuleSoft?

Or, is it possible to install an agent on a server that can communicate with MuleSoft?

Hi Stan, 
I haven't messed with Mulesoft before but it is an API builder/manager.  I can only assume that they have built an API for themselves. 
For some APIs it is best to have the agent installed on the same server as the application.  Others allow access across the network to the API. 

Ask for information on the software's API and the commands they have enabled.
