Can anyone please help on how to schedule Datastage Jobs in ESP scheduler?

Not sure I understand your question.

In our environment we install the ESP Agent on the conductor node.

Jobs are defined with the agent name of the conductor node and scheduled as any other job.

Our process is very similar to what Rick described.  The difference is that DS runs on AIX, and our AIX admins require the DS users / developers to wrap their execution methods in korn shell scripts.  Again, to echo Rick, once you have a .ksh script you schedule just like any other job!

    Hi,

Here is the link to documentation for database jobs.  Maybe this will help.

    Nitin,

Which database agent is compatible with Datastage?

Thank you all. Actually, our requirement is to schedule Microstrategy reports based on DS jobs.  I guess I would  go along with Rick and Jonathan's reply on using the UNIX agent and create a UNIX job to schedule the datstage jobs.  But do not know how to do it in the trial provided by CA community. Could you please provide a link to it.
