  • 1.  Restarting BWPC_JOB shows Not Completed

    Hi Guys,

     

    We have a BWPC_JOB scheduled on our SAP agent and is showing Completed status when it finished really. But if it is failed and when we select "Restart Chain" option to restart the process chain from failed step, the status is coming as "Chain Restart: Not Completed" and job status shows Failed though it is restarting on SAP.

     

    Is there a fix for this or do you need any additional information on this?

    Hello,

     

    Please open a support case and all related information, including JOB definition, ESP auditlog, agent logs and agent spool output.

     

    Just FYI, I did a quick search in our database and couldn't locate any known defect.

    Hi Lenn Thompson -  We have have opened a support case and we were suggested to upgrade the SAP plugin to v4.
