    Hi,

I am new to XCOM File transfer. I want to create a recurring file transfer using XCOM between windows OS to Unix. I am using Windows GUI To schedule a transfer. now I want below information

    1. I want to set up xcom transfer in such a way that it should get executed every day on specific time. it will transfer the file from windows to unix landing zone

    2. After successful transfer, it should delete the file from source.

please let me know how to schedule it using XCOM File transfer tool for windows.

    Hello Amit Raje,

Although CA XCOM Data Transport for Windows scheduler feature does not support recursive/recurring  transfers, you can setup and use, for example a Microsoft  AT command (or any other scheduling package), to schedule recursive/recurring CA XCOM transfers.

You can configure an Xcomend exit to delete the file from source after a successful transfer.

Please contact CA XCOM Support either via support.ca.com or at (800) 225-5224 if you have any questions or require  additional assistance.
