We are pleased to announce the general availability of CA OPS/MVS® Event Management and Automation 12.3.
CA OPS/MVS proactively monitors and automates mainframe environments to drive business agility and success in the application economy. The product provides solutions to automate mainframe startup, shutdown, and recovery, and also automates system events to provide reliable and consistent operations.
The key highlights in the 12.3 release include:
- System State Manager – Policy Based Resource Management
- SYSPLEX spanning System State Manager Resource Recovery
- Enhancement message level OPSLOG information
- Expanded integration with CA ESP
- Storage of SYSPLEX Variables across a SYSPLEX Outage
The framework of CA OPS/MVS allows for a quick implementation of company policy system management, the ability to integrate with most applications both on and off of the platform, System Resource Management, and synchronous automation of system events
