    May i know whether CA system can create incident when user send email to CA service account ? Thanks

    chris.h.liu: Did you mean to post this in the CA World community? It doesn't seem like a CA World question, so I'd like to move it to a more appropriate community -- but I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Is this related to a specific product?

    The question is related CA CMDB, we want to send email to service account of CA CMDB, then new incident request will be created automatically in CA CMDB. thanks
