    Hello Justo,

         This error can be generated for a number of reasons, from access to the DB and/or CA XCOM trusted tables to an invalid XCOM, Windows or DB2 configuration parameter.

    For example, for DB2 connect to work properly, your user id must be in the Administrator group on your machine as well as Your userid must be a member of the DB2ADMIN or DB2USER group.

    To begin verify your CA XCOM Trusted setup and connection to the DB2 DB. See the following found under the:

    * CA XCOM™ Data Transport® for Windows Server/Professional
      Administration Guide Release 11.6
    * Chapter 4: Operating Environment
      * Set Up Trusted Access

    https://support.ca.com/cadocs/0/CA%20XCOM%20Data%20Transport%20for%20Windows%20Server%20Professional%2011%206-ENU/Bookshelf.html

    One can verify the connection and parameters via the CA XCOM GUI:

    Note: You must be an XCOM or Windows Administrator to access the CA XCOM GUI
          Global Parameters Tab to verify, as well as set, CA XCOM Trusted
          parameters and test the connection.

    Any changes to the XCOM.GLB parameters requires that the XCOMD service be recycled
    before the changes will take affect

    If all checks out and you still are experiencing a problem, I would recommend you contact CA XCOM support either via support.ca.com or CA XCOM support hot line so that we can gather further information and documentation to resolve your issue.

    Regards,
