COBOL Language Support
The new version 0.18.0 brings:
- Syntax analysis for DB2 SQL statements
- Support for copybooks outside the current workspace
- Support for IDMS DML commands and statements
- Java 8 support

All extensions are also part of Che4z project which allows leveraging the plugins' functionalities in the Kubernetes native cloud environment or Openshift. New versions of plugins are being released with new Che versions on a regular basis.
COBOL Control Flow
Please notice this extension COBOL Control Flow that is not being delivered altogether with Code4z package, but it perfectly supplies the COBOL Language Support extension. It provides graphical visualization of program flow for programs written in COBOL which helps developers with navigation in the COBOL code and shows dependencies between different parts of the program.
The extension is available for free on the VS Code marketplace or Open VSX Registry.
