So, the description for MASTER says that it defines the
CA View user who has master authority. It defaults to ALL. A couple questions about this:
1. If you use the default of ALL, is there a way to set, through Top Secret, ACF2, RACF, etc, which user IDs can issue the DEF USER command?
2. What if all of your user's with MASTER authority are gone, who can you reset the MASTER authority on the INIT parameter? (Don't you have to have MASTER authority to update MASTER Authority?
