Hello Calvin - we have been working towards simplifying the install process as much as possible, and we felt that including all components by default would be beneficial to most of our customers, to avoid situations where a critical component might be missing at some point in time after the initial install. In release 14.0 we are also moving towards Web Viewer as a component of CA View instead of separate product, although it still does require it's own license today.
