How can I open an app with the Agent?

I am trying to open an app and when I hit retrieve spool file it says that it did it successfully but it didn't do anything, I've tried 

oscomponent.default.user=[e-mail]
oscomponent.default.password=2390hasG
I've checked the interactive job checkbox
In the regedit I've change the status of RestrictNullSessAccess to 0 

I don't know what is missing, thank you for your help on this
