Autosys job has failed with an exit code 183

Hi,

The job in Autosys has failed with exit code 183 and with following messages in the agent log:

CAWA_I_20008 Agent version: CA Workload Automation Agent for Windows 11.3 Build 979
CAWA_I_20010 The local security is bypassed
CAWA_E_20021 CreateProcess failed due to: Access is denied..Error code: 5

The job has been rerun manually and completed successfully. But what was a reason of such behaviour (the job wasn't started automatically)?
Has someone faced with such error and maybe has any solution to avoid this?

See this same issue starting today.   When restarting the jobs they run fine.  Very random
