Most of our manuals are now public and can be found through an internet search, such as Google.  You still may have to sign in to view some of the ones we consider proprietary, such as Adminstration Guides.

If you want to find the whole set organized and for download you will find them on support.ca.com.

    • Go to support.ca.com
    • Select Documentation in the left hand menu
    • Start typing the name of the product in the Select a bookshelf box.
    • Choose the name of the product from the drop down box.
    • Click Go

Only the newer manuals are on bookshelves.

    To find older manuals:

    • Go to support.ca.com
    • Select Documentation in the left hand menu
    • Under Find Other Product Documentation, start typing the product name in the Select a Product Box
    • From the Select a Release, select one from the drop down box
    • If Select a Language is applicable, select one from the drop down box
    • Click Go

Still can't find your manual?  Let us know.

FYI -- When viewing this document, a pop-up occurs stating that this document is old and asking if you want to view it anyway.

    Hi Jerry,

The post is marked outdated because it describes CA product documentation being supplied in bookshelves. Bookshelves for each product have been replaced with documentation spaces for each product on DocOps, a collaborative documentation environment on the web that lets you:

    • Find answers quickly with intuitive search
    • Access up-to-date information on mobile devices
    • Download a PDF or ePub file of the space or a section of it, for example, the Release Notes, Installation, or Administration section
    • Rate or comment on any topic, and provide feedback to CA Technologies

On the DocOps initial screen, enter or select your product name in the drop-down list to view its documentation.

    Regards,

    Steve Kowalski
