When you enter the Common Services Community, you should see something similar to this:
Notice the little Light Bulb called Ideas. If you click that, you will be taken to the Ideas Board.
From there you will be able to create an Idea of your own for Common Services.
You will also be able to vote on other Ideas and see the status of those Ideas.
You'll also see the Ideas listed under Content for Common Services.
