This Earl program will produce a summary report on the number of multiple dataset records used by an HLQ.
By default it will report by the first node. You can increase the number of nodes by modifying the ‘quals_reqd’ parameter.
Only non-scratch-active volumes are processed. EDM volumes will not be on the reportsince we only track the first file on these volumes.
