Our team is excited to announce that CA Endevor Bridge for Git version 2.8.0 is now publicly available. Please find the new version under the CA Integrations for Enterprise DevOps in the Solution Downloads for Endevor.
This new version of Bridge for Git provides two main functionalities, the ability to create and manage Endevor Connections in the application, and support for non-default processor groups.
Administrators can now create and manage Endevor Connections, which consist of a base URL and a configuration of Endevor web services. Mapping Administrators can then select Endevor connections from a drop down when they create new mappings. In addition, administrators and developers alike can manage their credentials directly at the Endevor Connection level.Note that Endevor Connections will be created automatically when you upgrade from a previous version. See the documentation for more details.
Developers can now view the processor groups for element types in their mappings and specify non-default processor groups for those elements that they edit or add to a mapping.
This version also includes several improvements to the UI and fixes for customer-reported bugs.
We hope that you enjoy the improved user experience version 2.8.0 provides!
