The release of Version 18 marks a change in how you access the technical documentation.
We introduced the new wiki platform with v17, but still provided the old HTML bookshelf format on CA Support Online.
With v18, we now only provide documentation on https://wiki.ca.com/, no longer updating the previous release HTML bookshelf files.
Consider the following tips and best practices when using the documentation:
If you are using Internet Explorer to view this Wiki, Explorer 8 (not in Compatibility Mode) or higher is required.
- We recommend that you use Firefox or Chrome.
- Use the tree to the left as a table of contents. Expand and collapse to locate topics.
- Click Versions to view older versions. The most current version always opes from the home page.
- Click the product name to return to the space home page. Click the CA logo to return to the wiki home page.
- Use the Search this product box to locate content. Start typing and topics that are related to your search appear.
- Click Print EPUB or Print PDF to download the full documentation file.
- Click the Like or Dislike icons on topic pages and enter a comment to give us feedback on a topic.
- Click Rate This Content at the bottom of any page to provide feedback on the wiki. If you would like an answer back from us, please log in before leaving a comment.
Please remember wiki.ca.com is now the primary resource for all your CA product documentation. CA's documentation is accessible from just about any computer or mobile device, and is your best resource for the most up to date information, as we can and do regularly post updates and changes. We welcome your feedback and collaboration - let us know how we're doing, either here in the community site or directly in the documentation on any page!
