CA Gen 8.6 PTF document ?

​Does anyone know where I can find the "CA Gen 8.6 PTF document"?  It goes into more detail information about each PTF.  The Gen 8.6 Release notes only list the PTF identifiers without the details or some information about the PTF.

CA Gen 8.6 Complete is now the baseline for all future PTFs.
On the 8.6 techdocs page "PTFs - GA Complete", you can download this PDF which has details of all PTFs in Gen 8.6 Complete since the previous Incremental Release 1:
