As you know, acquisitions often come with a consolidation of tools. For us, this included the location of our support documentation on the website. We've moved our CA Gen information from "DocOps" to "TechDocs". With that move we've had a few hiccups.
The Help information built into the CA Gen Toolset links to support information on the website. Currently, we are seeing some missing links when accessing this Help from within the Toolset. We apologize for the confusion and ask that you go directly to the support website if you need information that is not available from the Toolset Help.

Further to Kim's advice the Toolset help is trying to load urls from the Gen 8.6 Techdocs and as a workaround the information can be accessed directly from the Gen 8.6 techdocs page under Developing > Designing > Using the Toolset:https://techdocs.broadcom.com/content/broadcom/techdocs/us/en/ca-mainframe-software/devops/ca-gen/8-6/developing/designing/using-the-toolset.html
