Bringing consistency to the Tech Docs user experience

After the Broadcom acquisition, technical documentation was moved to a new platform we call Tech Docs. The next phase in that transition is bringing consistency to the user experience across all products. As a first step, we've updated the "Release Notes" section for CA Gen 8.6. We'll be making similar updates to other sections of Tech Docs for CA Gen 8.6, and I wanted to give you a heads up. 

All Broadcom products are making similar updates. This results in changes like consistent menu options and ordering, and standardized content. Our intent is to make finding information in our products a more consistent experience for you.
