    Have you ever grabbed something out of the fridge and noticed it's WAY past its expiration date? We've noticed the same about our published list of supported third-party software. The fact is, once software is past the End of Service(EOS) date, we no longer have access to the resources needed to support it.     Of note: 
    • We're going to set a team practice of reviewing/updating this information quarterly.

    • For Gen 8.6 we will remove EOS items assuming we have certified newer versions. There are some items that we are behind on for certifications. These will remain on the list of supported Third-Party Software Versions until we certify in the newest release. Those certifications are at the top of our backlog to complete by March 31, 2020.
