    Hello,

     

    I'm having the flowing error on GEN/TUXEDO called as a service.

     

    TIRM121E: INVALID INPUT - PROCEDURE REQUESTED NOT FOUND
    DR34 TIRM046E: TRANSACTION PROCESSING TERMINATED
    TIRM602E: REMOTE COOPERATIVE PROCESSING WAS ACTIVE
    TIRM604E: PROCEDURE STEP AND TRANCODE TRACE BACK
    #$UNPK$# UNPACKAGED PROC STEP</description>
    <trace>com.ca.gen85.csu.exception.CSUException: [Function: null]TIRM030E: APPLICATION FAILED - UPDATES HAVE BEEN BACKED OUT
    TIRM121E: INVALID INPUT - PROCEDURE REQUESTED NOT FOUND
    DR34 TIRM046E: TRANSACTION PROCESSING TERMINATED
    TIRM602E: REMOTE COOPERATIVE PROCESSING WAS ACTIVE
    TIRM604E: PROCEDURE STEP AND TRANCODE TRACE BACK

    I already check all the packaging and every thing looks ok.

    Any ideas please..

    Hi Cristina,

    Some suggestions:

    1. From the java class exception I see you are using Gen 8.5 and probably a Gen web client/java proxy client?  

    There was a similar symptom "#$UNPK$# UNPACKAGED PROC STEP" problem reported for Gen 8.0 IE2 if the Build Tool token OPT.TUXVER had not been set to the value of "11" for the new support of Tuxedo 11. However I am not sure if that is required for Gen 8.5. SAP Portal Services (r8 Release Notes -> Toolset/New Features)

     

    2 Is the UBBCONFIG file configured correctly? Configuring the UBBCONFIG File - CA Gen - 8.5 - CA Technologies Documentation 

     

    3. If above is of no help it may be best to login to support.ca.com and open a new case: https://comm.support.ca.com/csupport/CaseManagement/cases/new 

    For that case please upload:

    A trace file from the client after enabling "CMIDEBUG=ON" in the commcfg.properties file: Comm Config Files - CA Gen - 8.5 - CA Technologies Documentation 

    The ULOG* & lg* files from the server corresponding to the above client trace file.

    Also advise if this a Gen web client/java proxy client and what Gen 8.5 PTF level is being used for client and server.

    Hi Cristina,

    One other thing I forgot to mention was that after the server packaging has been completed, as well as the server generation, also make sure that the corresponding Gen client (web/proxy) has also been regenerated.
