Hello Everyone:
A number of CA mainframe communities have recently rolled out the Ideas portal on their Community pages. While we expected the user communities to be excited by the new portal for communicating ideas, our pilot environment has been overwhelmed. While we definitely want the participation, we are not providing the kind of user experience that we want for the communities. CA has embarked on a major upgrade of the Ideas portal that should be complete around the end of October; adding more robust capability to give you (our customers) more opportunity to influence our strategy and product direction. With this coming upgrade we are going to take a short moratorium on going live with the new “communities” Ideas pages until the upgrade planned at the end of October is complete.
In the coming weeks there will be opportunities to see screenshots of the new Ideas functionality. Stay tuned.
