Insufficient authority to use SET TARGET

    Hello,
    I want to create an ID on some particular Lpar(dont want ID to reflect in other lpar). For that I am using SET TARGET(Lparname) but getting error: ACF60040 Insufficient authority to use SET TARGET

    I checked and I guess for issuing this command I should have CMD-PROP privilege.

    But is there any other way I can achieve creating ID only on some particular Lpar?
