    Hi all, I'm currently working on a LRS (VPS) migration to CA-SPOOL. I read about a CA utility (in a CA World 2010 pres.) that could help in automating the conversion from VPS printer definition to CA-Spool Printer definition. With something like 300 printers to define, that kind of tool would definitly help... Does anyone know where I can find this utility ? Thanks for your help. Regards.

    Hello Micka,

    Yes we do have a utility to assist in migrating from LRS to CA Spool. It is provided by the CA Services team.  It is not a tool that support has access to.  Do you know who  your CA account representative is or your CA Sales person?  They would be able to assist you in getting to a CA Services.  If you do not know, I can help further if you give me your contact details and your CA Site ID.
