Yes we do have a utility to assist in migrating from LRS to CA Spool. It is provided by the CA Services team. It is not a tool that support has access to. Do you know who your CA account representative is or your CA Sales person? They would be able to assist you in getting to a CA Services. If you do not know, I can help further if you give me your contact details and your CA Site ID.
