    Ok so I m curious to tie into the NIMSM ticketing..  
    However I can not find it in the download products. CA NIM SM not found.. The tech doc link goes to a blank page..

    Also since 11.6.1 uses Tomcat9 will NIM SM be able to run on Tomcat9 or will it need Tomcat 7 or 8?
    If anyone has a link it would be helpful to get this downloaded. and support cant open a case

    Hi Paul,

    the documentation of CA NIM SM can be found at our techdoc website, url :

    But for the CA NIM SM interface of CA OPS/MVS for the ticket creation, you dont have to install the entire NIM SM product... 
    CA OPS/MVS 13.5 delivered thru 2 ptf's (SO06166, SO06167) a re-packaged copy of the CA NIM SM web application..
