Certification Complete: Red Hat 8.2(and higher)

I am pleased to announce that we've completed certification of Red Hat 8.2(and higher). This certification applies to CA Gen 8.6.

• Support for RedHat 8.2 is accompanied by the following PTF:
• link to PTF RTX86209
• We have updated the list of Third-Party Software Versions for CA Gen 8.6.

Note:

• Certification tests showed that Gen Cooperative load modules running under RHEL 8 are sensitive to the LANG environment variable being set improperly. Details have been documented in this knowledge document:

Another item of note: RHEL8 does not automatically come with a library required by Gen. The RPM ncurses-compat-libs needs to be installed. We're going to update Tech Docs to make that clearer.
