I thought you might want to know that there is a new WBT training offering that is now available; it's called SQL and Web Connectivity for CA Datacom® and CA IDMS™. The training was developed and recorded by me, working with the CA Education department, and with input from the IDMS level 2 and development teams. It includes the following sections:
–SQL and web connectivity for CA Datacom and CA IDMS
–Relational databases
–SQL commands
–ODBC and JDBC concepts
–CA Server driver architectures
–Some advanced programming topics
–Unique features of CA Datacom
–Unique features of CA IDMS
The course is 4.5 hours long, not including time for labs and exercises; with all of the exercises for either database, it will probably run about 6 hours.
