Researching into capturing specific criteria from CSF using ESP rv11.4, looking to capture specific criteria on job failed status for over long periods of time, criteria will consist of group or owner, job status (specifically failed status) report on timestamp, etc. Looking to use this criteria in identifying abandoned event definitions & jobs to determine if they could be suspended.

Are you looking to write your own code to do this?

Start by looking at the LCSF command, I think it will provide what you want.

Example to find all failed jobs:

    LCSF (PNODE NE 'FAIL')

    Hi Rick,

Yes I am looking to write my own code in capturing specific criteria from CSF records in an effort to Report on failed job status over long periods of time, especially in Production in an attempt to reduce or eliminate altogether anything that can become an Audit Comment, ex: Audit Department questions why this job was failed for so long with action applied to it. Your input would be appreciated.

    With Best Regards,
