As most of our customers recall, changes and enhancements were rolled out via a New Product Release only. While this was acceptable for many years, the scope of many businesses have changed and a more dynamic implementation method was needed to make enhancements more flexible. As the CA MIM team actively pursues Agile Software Development, it was decided that future enhancements would come in the form of a PTF.
Around the beginning of September, customers received notification on he MIM team published RI73587 - which outlines five (5) new product enhancements that are delivered via three PTFs. Click on the ptf to view the enhancement hyperlink or to download:
Each of these ptfs can be applied independently or altogether.
Additionally with this change, the following were provided:
- A "HyperStar - Case Study" document.
- Documentation updates made to the manuals effected by these enhancements.
