Running on IBM ZD&T

Can CA Disk be used on a IBM ZD&T EE instance running on x86 systems?
(Of course, it will be used for validation test purposes and not as PROD environment.)

And if yes, any special action should be done to allow it?

Hello Kazuhiko-san,
I shared your question with the Development team for CA Disk. We do not perform internal testing on ZD&T for Disk Backup and Restore, but we expect it would work. However, if you experienced an error, it would likely require follow up testing in a true z/OS environment to exclude emulation as a contributing factor.
