I am having a problem with record ids not matching from one CV to another. I have some developers that want to copy a lot of data from one CV to another and there are a lot of different records involved.
The IDMS record IDS do not match so after they copy the data their applications are abending.
Can I change the record ids to match, even if they might duplicate another record id on the CV? I seem to remember years ago running an IDMS job or utility that just printed out the record name with the record id, but I can't seem to locate it now.
