Antoine Vuong has been at CA, where he currently supports several mainframe products, for 15 years. Before joining CA, Antoine worked was a software developer for several IT consulting companies. He says that his team and the great products that CA offers are what has kept him at CA.
And it’s not all about CA.Outside of work Antoine loves to read American comic books. He also regularly enjoys studying gastronomy, and the study of food and culture, with a particular focus on gourmet cuisine.
Not only does Antoine constantly build on his skills for hobbies like gastronomy, but he is also building them in support as well. He says that tools like CA Communities help develop and create a sense of teamwork.
“The Communities give me and my team necessary tools to improve and build customer loyalty,” he says.
When he began his role in support Antoine’s team was very small and virtually self-managed. That has changed over the years.
“The support organization has moved into a large structure and the approach is quite different.”
Knowledge articles also help keep the large support teams at CA up to date on the latest technology and give the support engineers – as well as customers – additional tools to help solve their technology issues.
