Rollout of WSS M2.0

Dear Secure One Services Partner,

 

With the rollout of WSS M2.0 on July 26th, we have rolled out a feature to Allow or Deny Support personnel access to customer WSS accounts.

Please note that due to this change, the “Login as Customer” feature in the WSS MSP partner portal used by our Secure One Services partners have been affected, and this feature had been grayed out.  

To enable the this feature  

1) Access WSS MSP Partner Portal and go to Customer Management -> Customer Config

2) By default,  'Default Support Access setting' is set to deny for all account.

3) Click on the toggle switch to enable support access to all customer under your partner account.
