I've got purchased 6 VMware workstation licences and keys were stored at VMware customer connect. Following migration to Broadcom, my licences didn't appear there, it shows I've got no available products. I created support case with Broadcom support and was given case ID 35099879, which Broadcom support is no longer able to find. It's been over a month and I am still unable to access my software installation keys - the support is useless.
Am I the only one having this issue? How can I get my keys?
