was ist die letzte Version von VMware Fusion (for Apple Silicon, ARM CPUs)?
Ich habe Player-Version 13.6.4 (24832108) 

Was bei Windows fehlt ist "Gemeinsame Nutzung" - seltsam bei Linux und selbst FreeBSD vorhanden.

Overall, I'm not entirely satisfied with Fusion. I'm experiencing significant mouse latency and slow scrolling through GUI elements like drop-down lists in Windows. While this is tolerable when I use one VM to access a customer's network, it's quite frustrating in my second local VM, which I use extensively for MS Project.

I understand this might not directly help you, as you also have a Silicon processor, but this latency issue doesn't occur on Macs with Intel processors. Regarding your question about the missing Share functionality in Fusion, it's aksi only absent on Macs with Silicon processors, not all Macs.

I had considered purchasing Parallels for personal use as an alternative, but I'm not permitted to do so.

I use UTM (QEMU) on my M1 MacMini alongside VMware Fusion.

Unfortunately, there are some operating systems whose VMs run better on Fusion than on UTM (QEMU).

This is even true for Windows 11 ARM.

For example, I wanted to install a desktop manager (GUI) on FreeBSD, but with UTM, you can't even get Xwindows to run. After a lot of effort, I found out on Reddit that I'm not the only one.

FreeBSD 14.3-RELEASE-p3 ARM (aarch64) with Mate could be installed and configured without any problems under Fusion.

Only the mouse remains 'trapped' in the Unix window and 'copy & paste' does not work.

Parallels €64.99/Jahr to expensive for me and my tests.
