  • 1.  All virtual Machine Unable to connect to Mks

    ESXI5.5

    Using vSphere client connect to vcenter, then open virtual machine via console,  the console is black screen。

    all virtual machine can't be display, then it will appear a error message:

    I install Vsphere client 5.5 on vcenter server  ,then connect to it  and open the virtual machine is normal.

    how to solve it .thanks ,

    Need to restart the ESXI host? or restart management service can be solved it .

    Try to disable the anti virus of your remote PC where the vSphere client installed or try other PC without anti-virus and install vSphere client.
