Hi, It has been almost one and a half month since I started getting our Licencing Renewal via our channel. They have changed the whole structure I think and It is like, retaining the Existing Customers or Channel Partner is out the discussion. N number of products are available, but what is happening with Strategy, Hope Broadcom comes with a good solution.
I have worked with SEPM for more than 12+ years and it is disappointing what's happening to End-User like us.

Has anyone come across issues in procuring Licenses for End point protection after Symantec takeover from Broadcom. It is been extremely frustrating and I cannot get much help from the support team. We have already placed the order and have the confirmation from the vendor but Broadcom keeps telling me there will be an e-mail sent to the Technical contact and they cannot help us. Anyone experiencing the same issue. We do have on-premise server
