My AD is synced with my SEPM. I recently enrolled on Symantec cloud and since then I am not able to communicate to my clients. So I unenrolled from Sym customer portal and it asking to enroll since its unrolled.
But when I unenroll from SEPM it runs for a couple of hours and hangs. So I restarted the service and tried again but din help.
Same problem. We had to open a case to get this fixed.
