    Hello Everyone,

    Hope all is well!

    Would like to request assistance as to where to start troubleshooting our Hardware Reconciliation process (between APM and ITCM), I can see that the engine is running however, if I search for all HW assets, the last discovery date are all outdated (as of 2020), which lead me to believe even if the HW recon is running, it is not updating the assets  (Host Name, OS etc).   What do I need to look at to see where the problem might be.
