User can not access Internet via Bluecoat

    Dear IT Consultant Group,

    I am Sambo From Canadia Bank PLC,
    Currently i met a problem like attach files below, Clients can not access to internet when the bluecoat Healthy Warning(cas.bluecoat-local-request and response check failed or DNS Server reporting critical. it's happen 4 to 7 times/day.
    Please help to give advice to me.
