Report on Executable found on Workstations

Good afternoon everyone,

We are in need of a report or process in which to identify if an executable (MSReportBuilder3.exe) exists in the APPDATA directory, or user profile, of a workstation.  We need to find those so we can actually install an MSI-based version instead of the one that just loads from the web interface.  Does anyone have any insight on how to do this?
