When I try to update DLP v.15 to v.15 MP1, the prechecker give me the error "The database precheck has detected a problem. The upgrade has been canceled. Your system remains on the current version. Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Upgrade Guide for solutions.”. It is a new installation of DLP v.15 with Oracle 12.2.0.1 on Windows Server 2016, single-tier installation.
Has anyone know where could be the problem? Where I could find the results of the precheck?

What does the upgrade log say.. the log is located in the Updates\updatexxx directory.
Look for the most recent Update dir..
It should outline what the issue is with the DB.

the precheck.log file contain the same message:
Running Prechecks<BR> Extracting Properties from Config Files<BR> Detecting Enforce or Single-Tier System<BR> <BR> The database precheck has detected a problem. The upgrade has been canceled. Your system remains on the current version. Please see the Troubleshooting section of the Upgrade Guide for solutions.
the sql_error.log is empty.
