    we have showing error Alternative text for browsers that do not understand IFrames. time of click on Report tab.

    Seems like this is because of I.E settings.

    Try to add SMP URL in 'local intranet' sites in Security settings of I.E browser with medium-low protection.

    This could be the result of:
    1. The ITA report parameters setting (should be set to "Localize Report Parameters:"). See the following article ArticleID#174114 or...
    2. The IE security setting "Access data sources across domains" needs to be enabled. See the following article ArticleId#180863
