Unable to download APSB17-42

Anyone else have this issue?

Error in logs is
Download failed for: https://fpdownload.macromedia.com/pub/flashplayer/pdc/28.0.0.126/install_flash_player.exe

The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.

I confirmed this link isn't working returning 404 error.  is this a known issue?

Also, I confirmed this link doesn't work off our network as well, it doesn't appear to a local network issue

Update from support "Adobe had taken away the Flash Player PPAPI version 28.0.0.126 downloads because they have just released version 28.0.0.137. I expect APSB17-43 to be released in Patch Management within two days for the new Flash Player version."
