KB4099950 was released by Microsoft to address this issue but it needs to be installed before rollups, I'd suggest making sure you get it rolled out before March or April rollups.
I saw one of our servers lose NIC settings after the April update KB4093118, but it doesn't appear that server admin had pushed 4099950.
I've seen other similar reports from other admins who hadn't pushed out KB4099950.
Who knows why MS doesn't make 4099950 a prerequisite for install before rollups?
