  • 1.  SEP virus infection resolution

    Hi All, 

    As I am new to this fiels can anyone provide me the resolution guides for frequently faced infected virus issues and steps to resolve completly without affecting the working of machine. I mean it should affect O.S files so that there is no impact / reparing required on functioning of O.S.

    HI,

    If any suspicious files symantec antivirus not detect you can submit file in symantec

    Using Symantec Support Tool, how do we Collect the Suspicious Files and Submit the same to Symantec Security Response Team.

    Hi Kishorilal,

    1. check the clients all updated with the latest definaition.

    2.All patches are updated.

    3.full scan the system.

    this is a solution of most of the case.
