I have problem about license of Reporter V50. last week my customer told on appliance license information show invalid.
and i check with support this license is type perpetual and subscription license will expiration next year after that i fix this issues CLI to download license again.

and after i remote to fix this issues download license again
license on appliance back to normal
but today my customer told me issue has occurred again. please help to investigate this issues why still happend
or have recommend to me for check or fix this issues.

Is the customer downloading the license via a proxy?

They downloading via Proxy and on Proxy they allow IP of reporter do not Authentication.
Can you also make sure that the requests from the reporter is not SSL Intercepted. You can use the below policy to set it up
client.address=10.7.30.8 detect_protocol(no) authenticate(no) allow
now this problem has been resolved. but my customer have questions.
Does Bluecoat Reporter require to access internet whether license have been installed already ?
New VA based devices need to be in touch with our cloud servers to make sure the license is valid. These checks happens at specific interval and is need for the license to stay active.
I can confirm Aravind's statement. Alle VA appliances MUST have internet access to keep their license alive.
If it fails it will stop after 7 days.
